You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CutScript (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd. and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services. If we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

17. Company Policies
Discounts
Customers can avail only one discount at a time (e.g., coupon discount or online payment discount). Discounts cannot be combined.
Delivery Information
For deliveries within Karachi, orders are handled by our local riders and are typically delivered within 24 hours after being dispatched. For deliveries outside Karachi, we use third-party companies such as TCS, Blue-Ex, and Leopard. Deliveries are typically attempted within 2-3 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or the operations of our delivery partners.
Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations: An order can only be canceled if it has not yet been dispatched.
- Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns for “change of mind.” Refunds or exchanges are only provided if an item is found to be faulty by our Quality Control department after it has been returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be offered a refund or the choice to order a different product of the same value.
